Crude Oil Settles Below $70 for First Time This Year

As euro currency hits 4 years low against the dollar 17th May 2010, Oil Prices has drop below $70 or 19% of this year high of $86 per barrel. Overall, the euro has fallen more than 8% in the past month against dollar. In New York, June delivery crude oil lost 91 cents from a prior settlement to $69.174 per barrel. Heating oil prices for June delivery lost 0.0272 cents to $1.958 per gallon. Reformulated gasoline blendstock prices shed 0.0065 cents to $2.0366 per gallon. Henry Hub natural gas prices dropped 0.059 cents to $4.339 per million British thermal units. At the pump, the national average price for unleaded regular gasoline dropped to $2.859 per gallon from Monday’s $2.867, AAA said
